Pino Nature Hotel, BW Premier Collection - Sarajevo

During our 4-night stay, we found it easy to explore nearby attractions like the Trebevic Cable Car, which is just a short walk away. We particularly enjoyed the serene location surrounded by nature, providing a refreshing escape from city life. The food offered was nice, but a bit limited in variety during breakfast, which could be improved for longer stays.

Very good service was provided. The facilities were very nice and the breakfast was good with the best bread. The staff members were TOP-CLASS and respectful. The location was comfortable, by taxi to center.

Extremely spacious and nice styled rooms complete with a well-stacked mini-bar, great view, for instance.

Crowds on weekends, affecting accessibility and parking. Unwanted noise from thin walls disrupts relaxation, and the lighting system in the room is frustrating, functioning only as an all-or-nothing setup. The bathroom's half-glass shower design leaves much to be desired.

Perfectly comfortable location, easy to get around with a cable car station near the hotel. Well-equipped room with every space and balcony, for instance.

I loved the fine mountain views surrounding the Pino Nature Hotel. The location is so peaceful, perfect for nature lovers. Staff members were very attentive. The breakfast offered a nice variety, and the quality of the food stood out. I especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere of the hotel, perfect for relaxation. The access to the hotel was a challenge due to roadworks, causing delays during check-in and check-out. The room could use some updates, especially in terms of the amenities provided. The experience had a good balance of relaxation and enjoyment, but some service consistency issues persisted.

The food at Pino Nature Hotel is a delight! The chef, Harisa, clearly puts her heart into every dish. A comfortable suite added to my stay, and the beautiful mountain views were fine. It's perfect for nature lovers seeking a serene escape.

As much as I loved the vibes, I had some hiccups. The path to the hotel seemed like a maze, even Google Maps struggled! We aimed for the spa, but half of it wasn't operational, and the room lacked basics like tea and bathrobes. I even had to dodge roadworks chaos just to check in! Such a letdown for the price!

The place is swarming with people on the weekends! I had a little adventure finding a parking spot, but once we settled, the atmosphere was chill. There's a nice playground for the kids outside and some awesome hiking trails nearby. That fresh air? It does wonders!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was acceptable considering the overall vibe.

The kids loved the Pino Kids Club, where they had a blast while my wife and I enjoyed the fine views from our suite. The attentive staff made sure everything was just right for our family, and the indoor pool was a great bonus with two babies in tow.

For dads, it would be great if the kids' menu had more options.
